Terms of sale

Ordering
An order is placed when you complete checkout (or confirm a deposit) and we accept it. We may decline or cancel an order and refund you in full if we cannot fulfil it.
Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. In-room delivery is included with every desk. White glove — assembly in your room and carton removal — is an optional $249. Made-to-measure desks start at $1,699 and are individually quoted after we confirm your measurements.
Made to order and lead times
Desks are built to order. The usual window is six to eight weeks from order to installed. We’ll keep you updated; timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and can move for reasons outside our control.
Payment
Payment is taken through our payment provider. Where a refundable deposit is offered to hold a build slot, the balance is due before dispatch.
Delivery
In-room delivery means two people bring the desk to your room of choice. With white glove added, they also assemble it and remove the packaging. We’ll contact you to arrange a window. Someone over 18 must be present.
Returns
Standard sizes may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition; return delivery may apply. Made-to-measure desks are built to your wall and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, but are fully covered by the guarantee and your Consumer Law rights.
Guarantee
Every desk carries a five year guarantee against structural failure and finish defects in normal use. We repair the item or replace the affected part. This sits on top of your Consumer Law rights.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
