[ The guarantee ]
Five years, in writing.
Every desk carries a five year guarantee against structural failure and finish defects. If a joint loosens, an edge lifts or the finish fails in normal use, we repair or replace it. We keep the drawing and specification of your exact desk on file, so a later repair matches.
[ Returns ]
If it is not right on the day.
Standard sizes can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in original condition. Made to measure desks are built to your wall, so they are covered by the guarantee and your Consumer Law rights rather than change of mind returns. We will always talk it through with you.
[ Your rights ]
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Our five year guarantee sits on top of these rights. It does not replace them or take anything away.
